SAINT JOHNSBURY, VT – Mmic™ Medical Systems and VERDA Water Quality Systems™ are pleased to announce the promotion of JT Isherwood to Director of Quality, establishing a dedicated quality leadership function within the organization.
As Director of Quality, he will be responsible for strengthening organizational processes, improving consistency across departments, and helping align the inputs and outputs that contribute to product quality, implementation, and customer success.
JT has been highly successful in sales engineering and has earned recognition within the organization for his process-oriented approach, disciplined execution, and ability to implement practical tools that improve performance.
“JT has a lot of great skills around process, product delivery, and the implementation of tools,” said Jeffrey Paquet. “He is very disciplined in those areas, and this role will help us do even better work aligning the company, its processes, and its inputs and outputs.”
The creation of the Director of Quality position reflects the company’s continued investment in operational discipline as VERDA and mmic grow. Over time, the quality function is expected to support processes throughout the organization, including production and manufacturing inspection.
