SAINT JOHNSBURY, VT – Mmic™ Medical Systems and VERDA Water Quality Systems™ are pleased to announce an expansion of Ted Cantin’s leadership responsibilities. Cantin will continue serving as Director of Research and Development while formally assuming responsibility for regulatory and compliance activities.
The expanded role recognizes work Cantin has already been performing and formalizes the connection between product research and development, applicable healthcare standards, regulatory expectations, and customer compliance needs.
Cantin brings extensive technical knowledge to the organization and actively contributes to the development and interpretation of standards affecting healthcare water quality, sterile processing, system performance, and the healthcare-built environment. His expanded responsibilities will help ensure that regulatory and compliance considerations remain integrated into product development and customer solutions.

Cantin will serve within the company’s customer success organization, helping translate technical requirements and evolving standards into practical guidance for internal teams and healthcare customers.
