mmic™ Medical Systems and VERDA Water Quality Systems are pleased to announce the promotion of Renee Vander Weele to Chief Commercial Officer.
In her expanded leadership role, Vander Weele will oversee the company’s customer-facing organization, including sales, marketing, clinical services, field service, R&D Innovation and water quality services. The organizational alignment is designed to create clearer ownership throughout the customer journey, improve coordination between teams, and ensure that customers receive consistent support from initial engagement through implementation and ongoing service.
Since joining the company, Vander Weele has made meaningful contributions to VERDA’s commercial growth and customer engagement strategy. Her clinical experience, healthcare industry perspective, and previous leadership experience position her to guide the organization as VERDA and mmic continue to expand.
- “Renee has been a great addition to the team and has made meaningful contributions to the front end of the business and helped VERDA grow,” said Jeffrey Paquet, CEO of VERDA Water Quality Systems and mmic Medical Systems. “With her background and her experience as a leader in other companies, we’re really looking forward to what she has to bring to the team.”
The promotion is part of a broader organizational initiative to align customer-facing functions under unified commercial leadership. The new structure brings together the teams responsible for sales, marketing, service, clinical support, and water quality, allowing the organization to more effectively manage customer handoffs and maintain accountability across every phase of the relationship.
