Mobile Medical International Corporation Names Len Sparks as Chief Operating Officer Amid Rapid Growth

Promotion:

Mobile Medical International Corporation (MMIC), the parent company of VERDA Water Quality Systems, is pleased to announce the promotion of Len Sparks to the role of Chief Operating Officer. This move comes in response to unprecedented growth across both MMIC and VERDA divisions and reflects the company’s continued investment in operational excellence and customer success.

Background:

Len brings over two decades of leadership experience in healthcare infrastructure and environmental systems, including his most recent role as Director of Operations. During his tenure, Len played a pivotal role in scaling VERDA’s compliance-focused water quality solutions in hospital sterile processing departments nationwide. His commitment to service innovation, technical rigor, and collaborative leadership has helped position VERDA — and MMIC — as trusted partners in healthcare facility support.
“Len’s promotion to COO recognizes not only his outstanding leadership, but also the tremendous momentum we’re seeing across our mobile infrastructure and water quality businesses,” said Jeff Paquet, CEO of MMIC. “His ability to lead cross-functional teams, deliver complex operational strategies, and stay grounded in customer needs will be instrumental as we continue to scale.”

Responsibilities:

As COO, Len will oversee operations for both MMIC and VERDA, guiding teams as they deliver mission-critical solutions to healthcare providers across the United States.
This promotion underscores MMIC’s commitment to strengthening its leadership team as the company enters its next phase of growth.
In addressing the company this morning, Len shared the following:
“We take our cues from our customers. The input and feedback we get from customers drives our business, helps us identify what products we offer, the services we provide, and how we provide those services.  Sales earns the business, but it’s our product and how we service that product and our customer that determines if we get to keep that customer.

“A famous running coach once said you only grow as a person if you are outside your comfort zone. Companies are the same. While we need to set realistic goals, we also need to strive to better ourselves. To push ourselves to see what we truly can achieve as individuals and as a company.
“The strength of this organization is not the products we sell, nor the services we provide. It’s not our knowledge of mobile medical facilities or water treatment systems, It’s the collection of people we have and our belief in what MMIC stands for and the people and communities our customers serve. If we develop and grow as individuals, I guarantee you we’ll grow and develop as an organization.
“I’m so blessed, thankful, and excited of this opportunity to work with you all in this new capacity.”
